At Shifting Tides we understand that it may be necessary at times to cancel or postpone an appointment, so sufficient notice is greatly appreciated.
In the event of a cancellation or change of appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Clients who do not provide notice that they are unable to attend the counselling session or cancel within a 24 hour period, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Intake: • A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if the appointment is cancelled within 1 week of the scheduled session. • The full fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
Mediation: • A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if the mediation is cancelled within 2 weeks of the scheduled session. • The full fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 week of the scheduled session.
